Check in - What is the hotel check-in time?

Hotel check-in time is usually after 3 pm. If you arrive in hotel before 3 pm and the room is already available, we will be happy to check you in earlier.

Check out - What is the hotel check-out time?

As you may know, the day of your departure the room must be vacated by 11 a.m. However, we can extend our check out time if the room is not booked for that day.

How far is the hotel from the town center? And from the beach?

The hotel is about 3,5 km from Forio center and 4 km from S.Angelo center.The nearest beach is Citara's beach which is 2,5 km far. A sandy beach with private facilities (sunbeds, parasols and sunchairs) and public stretches.

When do I need to book my treatments?

We always recommend to reserve your treatments in advance, especially if you stay on weekends, bank holidays and high season

Do I need to take a bathrobe?

There is no need to take bathrobes or towels. Both can be hired in hotel. The price is € 3,00 per piece. Every additional change will be charged at € 3,00 per piece.

How does the shuttle bus service work?

The hotel offers a free shuttle bus service on a fixed schedule to Forio center and Citara's beach.

What is the difference between Paradiso Terme and Paradiso Garden?

Paradiso Terme is the main house where reception, restaurant, bar, SPA, internet point and fitness area are located. Paradiso Garden is an annex building 150 mt far from the main house; it has rooms especially suitable for families with children

Where do Paradiso Garden guests have breakfast?

PARADISO TERME and GARDEN RESORT guests have breakfast, lunch and dinner at Paradiso Terme. In fine weather, meals are enjoyed on the open terrace of the restaurant. Buffet breakfast is available from 7,30 am to 10,30 am Lunch is served from 12,30 pm to 14,00 Dinner is served from 19,30 to 21,00 (in Summertime from 20,00 to 21,30)

Does the hotel have a private beach?

The hotel doesn't have a private beach.

How can I pay my bill?

You can pay the hotel bill by credit card or cash. In case of payment by cheque, a copy of the ID or passport is required.

I would like to play tennis. Should I bring rackets and tennis balls?

100 mt far from the hotel there are 2 clay tennis courts with FIT instructor. Rackets and tennis balls available.

I booked an EARLY BOOKING rate. Can I get a cash refund if I don't have dinner at the hotel?

Booking an EARLY BOOKING or REDUCED rate, dinner can't be refunded when not utilized. However, it is possible to substitute lunch for dinner.

Is there a children animation team?

Yes, for the entire month of July from 17,00 to 19,30, our young guests (between 4 and 12 years old), will be involved in recreational activities. Free of charge service

Where can I park the car?

The hotel has 2 car parks, free of charge.

Arriving in Naples airport or train station, how do I get to the hotel?

Arriving in Naples it is possible to get to the island (and to the hotel) by your own or by private transfer service. BY YOUR OWN: taxi and bus available outside the airport and train station. PRIVATE TRANSFER: We can make arrangment for a private transfer from the airport/station to the hotel.The price depends on the number of persons. When you book a private transfer you will need to advise your flight/train info in a written form in due time.

Can I visit Capri? Or book any excursion?

The hotel offers a variety of excursions and day trips. Tours to Capri, Procida, Amalfi coast and Sorrento, Pompei, the Vesuvius, can be booked at the reception desk and some of them include the pick up in hotel by bus.
